Fitness Routine for 2017

The year is slowly coming to an end, but we can’t stop to give in to the cold season like most people do. According to Google Trends, searches for fitness related topics are on their annual low, so it’s no wonder people are putting on a lot of pounds over the course of winter and especially the holidays. With all the sweets we tend to stuff ourselves in this time of the year, keeping up a regular exercise routine is very important. Of course, Yoga is our favorite, but anything is better than nothing! 🙂
